Qualifications

• Significant experience within a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role in manufacturing.
• Ability to work under pressure with accurate reporting.
• Completed an apprenticeship as a Maintenance Engineer.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify failure modes of plant equipment and return equipment to operation safely.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns.
• Liaise with engineering day teams to identify and resolve long-term issues.
• Locate spare parts using the maintenance management system and manage returns.
• Identify failure modes of electrical equipment and advise on preventing further failures.
• Obtain maintenance schedules and record work using notifications.
• Carry out preventive maintenance routines and coordinate with others to complete planned PM.
