Job summary

Centronic LTD in the UK is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality production while meeting customer and business targets.

You will manage production teams and Team Leaders, drive continuous improvement, waste reduction and cost control, and work closely with Engineering on product development and technical problem solving. This is an onsite role with a strong emphasis on safety and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical manufacturing environment
• Track record of delivering production and quality targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop production teams and Team Leaders.
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, quality, housekeeping and plant ownership.
• Deliver production, financial and on-time delivery targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction and process efficiencies.
• Work with Engineering on product development and technical problem solving.
• Manage inventory and support supplier and contractor relationships.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration requirements are met.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and support delivery of annual business objectives.
