Manufacturing Futures are currently looking to recruit a Manufacturing Manager for an already large and still expanding manufacturing business. The successful Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager will ensure KPIs are hit and exceeded whilst recommending process improvements, potential capex expenditures and delivering lean and CI training. You'll be the person to improve things for the better: see what needs doing and be the catalyst for positive change.
