Job summary

Evo Personnel are recruiting a Maintenance Manager for an established manufacturing site in the Burnley area. The role reports to the engineering leadership and covers hands-on maintenance, automation projects and continuous improvement within a fast-paced production environment.

The role is day shift (37.5 hours) with a typical Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-early finish, and flexible hours for the right candidate. Competitive salary and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Manage a small team of technicians.
• Manage external contractors.
• Lead maintenance across the manufacturing site.
• Planned, preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with automation and CI projects.
• Operate an in-house management system.
• Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns.
• Co-ordinate and manage projects.
• Manage maintenance budgets.
• CAD/AutoCAD/SolidWorks experience.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance engineering background.
• Organised, practical, forward-thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and co-ordinate maintenance activity across the site.
• Plan, prevent and react to maintenance needs.
• Manage projects including new machinery and upgrades.
• Oversee maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate facilities management.
