Job summary

Agilent Technologies LDA UK Limited in Church Stretton is seeking a Manufacturing and Logistics Technician to bridge end-to-end production processes. You will handle material movement, stock control, and dispatch, supporting Agilent’s world-class products.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and familiarity with basic inventory systems (SAP or Oracle). You will work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Aligned with early-career progression.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse, stockroom, or material-handling environment would be advantageous.
• Knowledge: Basic inventory control systems (SAP or Oracle would be strong plus).
• H&S Conscious: Adherence to Health & Safety policies and safe handling of chemicals and materials.
• Accuracy: Strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail for tracking material movements and records.
• Communication: Clear communication skills to liaise effectively with all departments.
• Physical Capability & Flexibility: Ability to perform hands-on material handling duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Goods In / Goods Out processes and material movements.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to prioritize and dispatch shipments.
• Replenish chemicals, raw materials, and consumables to support manufacturing lines.
• Perform basic testing and quality verification of materials as required.
