• Supports lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Provides on-the-job training for other personnel.
• 8.5-hour shifts with rotating early, late, and night patterns.

As the Manufactuirng Operator, you’re a key member of the Kettering Team, reporting to the Production Team Leader. You will contribute to the success of Ball by performing tasks and providing services to support the plant’s production goals and overall business plans.

The Shift pattern is:

6 days on (2 morning, 2 afternoon, 2 night shifts) -8.5 hours per shift.

4 days off
