Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Line Leader for our Warehouse team in the Northwich area. You will oversee a designated section, coordinating colleagues to ensure goods in/goods out flow smoothly and on time.

We expect you to drive high standards of safety, efficiency, and hygiene, while training staff on site processes and supporting cross-team collaboration to speed up and simplify operations.

Qualifications

• Able to educate colleagues on correct procedures and drive improvements.
• Great communication skills and ability to interpret written and numerical data.
• Proactive in resolving issues and challenges.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

More about the role

As Line Leader in our Warehouse team, you'll oversee a set area of our operation and coordinate a team of colleagues to deliver the goods in / goods out process. Driving excellent standards within the team, you'll work in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment to deliver quality food safe products to our customers on time.

You'll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes. Listening to our colleagues is really important, and you'll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible. Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams as required, you will look to deliver improvements that speed up and simplify the way we work.
