Morrisons in Northwich is seeking a Line Leader for our Warehouse team. You will oversee a defined area, coordinate a team of colleagues, and ensure goods in/out are processed safely, efficiently and to high standards, delivering quality products on time.

You will provide training and tools, listen to colleagues, and drive process improvements across the site while collaborating with other teams to speed up and simplify workflows in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

As Line Leader in our Warehouse team, you'll oversee a set area of our operation and coordinate a team of colleagues to deliver the goods in / goods out process. Driving excellent standards within the team, you'll work in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment to deliver quality food safe products to our customers on time. You'll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes. Listening to our colleagues is really important, and you'll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible. Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams as required, you will look to deliver improvements that speed up and simplify the way we work.
