Morrisons is seeking a Line Leader for our abattoir production team to oversee a small group in a designated area, driving standards to ensure consistent delivery. You will provide tools and training to help colleagues understand key ways of working and relevant site processes.

Working as part of a team, you’ll be supportive to colleagues and demonstrate a positive attitude, sharing knowledge and training new team members.

• Is able to support and educate colleagues, and build good working relationships with colleagues, peers and internal customers
• Has previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
• Can follow written and verbal instructions
• Is happy within a fast paced food manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures
• Is able to work in chilled temperatures and in presence of raw meat
