KAG Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an IT Manager to lead the on-site IT function across Bridge of Allan and Perth, driving strategic and hands-on IT initiatives for a growing manufacturing site.

You will oversee IT services, manage the on-site team, and deliver high-impact projects while ensuring robust infrastructure, security, and alignment with business goals. Flexibility to meet business demands is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support, infrastructure and PM experience.
• Strong networking, server management, and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Experience leading teams and delivering digital transformation.
• ITIL qualification or knowledge.
• Full UK driving license and on-site availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT services on site and develop the on-site IT team.
• Drive multiple high-impact projects with strong PM skills.
• Ensure network and server infrastructure is resilient and secure.
• Lead continuous development of site IT initiatives.
• Balance day-to-day IT with long-term strategic planning.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain records of IT challenges and resolutions.
