• Hands-on IT support and problem-solving; involve technically and resolve issues.
• Own bespoke factory floor applications and ensure tracing/labeling accuracy.
• Oversee IT landscape for resilience and security across multisite sites.
• Lead development of site initiatives and optimize infrastructure for user benefits.
• Plan daily IT operations with longer-term team strategy and improvements.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans aligned with business continuity.
• Document IT challenges and ensure efficient resolution.
