Sigma 3 Kitchens is seeking a Health, Safety & Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve HSQ standards across the business. You will provide practical guidance to managers and employees, ensuring safe working practices and high-quality products across all sites in Wales and the UK.

You will champion a culture of safety and quality, maintain management systems, and drive audits, investigations and training to sustain Sigma 3’s industry-leading standards.

Competenze

• NEBOSH qualification essential.
• Health & safety experience in manufacturing/production.
• Experience of auditing and monitoring HSQ or quality systems.
• Experience of risk assessments, COSHH and safe systems of work.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities.

Mansioni

• Provide Health & Safety guidance across Sigma 3 Kitchens.
• Keep up to date with legislation and advise actions.
• Maintain and improve HSQ policies, procedures and systems.
• Ensure risk, COSHH, safe systems of work documentation is current.
• Support managers in implementing safe systems of work.
• Lead investigations into accidents and near-misses, drive corrective actions.
• Monitor HSQ performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Undertake workplace audits and ensure actions are closed.
• Deliver HSQ training, inductions and toolbox talks.
• Collaborate with management to foster a proactive HSQ culture.
