Job summary

Workforce Staffing is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor for a manufacturing business in Droitwich. The role is hands-on generalist HR, covering employee lifecycle, administration, ER, probation management, and policy compliance, working closely with managers to deliver solid HR support.

This hybrid role requires CIPD level 3 or 5 (or working towards), strong knowledge of UK employment law, and experience using HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor within a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Generalist HR role covering full employee lifecycle.
• CIPD qualification or working towards one; UK employment law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle (starters, changes, leavers).
• Handle employee relations, investigations and documentation.
• Coach managers on HR policies and best practice.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
• Support probation reviews and HR projects.
