Job summary

SF Partners is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a manufacturing environment to drive ERP improvements. The role requires mapping as-is and to-be processes, gathering requirements, and coordinating with IT and operations on SAP/Oracle dynamics and other ERP systems.

Based on the Worcestershire/Warwickshire border, the 12-month fixed-term contract offers a UK salary of 60,000 per year, with office-based, Monday to Friday work and potential permanent opportunity depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, IFS or similar.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain and operational processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process mapping.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Map current as-is and future to-be processes for improvement.
• Link between operational teams and IT/providers to ensure needs are met.
• Support ERP system development, enhancements and optimisation.
• Analyse manufacturing, supply chain and operational processes for inefficiencies.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define solutions.
• Produce functional specifications, process docs, user stories and business cases.
• Coordinate and support system testing, UAT and implementation activities.
• Assist with change management, including user training.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
