Job summary

Big Red Recruitment is seeking a Business Systems Specialist for a manufacturing site in Dudley, West Midlands. You will own SAP and the applications that connect to it, acting as the go-to person for system integration and reporting.

You will collaborate with SAP consultants, an IT MSP, and the group systems team to streamline warehouse, ecommerce, route planning and CRM interfaces, driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP experience in a manufacturing business.
• Experience of an ERP integrated with other business systems.
• Experience of troubleshooting or improving ERP reports.
• The drive to lead improvements rather than wait to be told what to fix.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and escalation for users, working with third-party SAP consultants, an IT managed service provider and the group systems team.
• Understand the SAP reporting and help fix and improve reports with the group team and consultants.
• Lead hands-on projects: warehouse system improvements, stock take and barcode scanning.

An established manufacturer in Dudley, now part of a European group, needs a Business Systems Specialist to be the go-to person for SAP and the applications that integrate with it.
