Job summary

AVA Energy is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Engineering Manager for turbine aerofoil production across a European supplier network. You will drive yield improvements and cost reductions while coordinating activity across multiple sites in the UK, Italy and Hungary.

The role requires hands-on aerofoil manufacturing experience, strong supplier and project management skills, and the ability to work across a matrix of sites and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior Manufacturing Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Manager level.
• Hands-on experience in turbine aerofoil or precision aerospace/energy components.
• Strong supplier management and project management capability.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Controlling turbine aerofoil manufacturing across a European supplier network.
• Significant time at supplier sites across the UK, Italy, and Hungary.
• Mapping true movement volumes and quality data across the network.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to increase yield and reduce component cost.
