Job summary

AVA Energy is partnering to identify a Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Engineering Manager with a background in turbine aerofoil manufacturing across a European supplier network. You will travel to supplier sites in the UK, Italy, and Hungary to drive improvements, map movement volumes, and optimise yield and component cost.

The role requires senior manufacturing experience, hands-on aerofoil or precision aerospace/energy component manufacturing, and strong supplier and project

Qualifications

• Senior Manufacturing Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Manager level.
• Hands-on experience in turbine aerofoil or precision aerospace/energy component manufacturing.
• Strong supplier management and project management capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turbine aerofoil manufacturing across a European supplier network.
• Map movement volumes and quality data across sites.
• Identify improvements to increase yield and reduce component cost.
• Collaborate with multiple sites and stakeholders to drive changes.
