Job summary

Nutanix in the UK’s Luton plant is offering a July 2027 internship for undergraduates in engineering or related disciplines. You will work with a diverse team, support manufacturing operations and contribute to cost-saving projects, while developing on-the-job skills and attending external workshops.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduates working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in a related discipline.
  • Based at our Luton plant in Bedfordshire.
  • Ready to start in July 2027.
  • Have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without company sponsorship and where appropriate comply with ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of diverse people.
  • Contribute and lead real business projects.
  • Build relationships with our extended cohort of students located across the UK.
  • Enhance your skills through on-the-job training and external workshops.
  • Assist manufacturing engineers in daily operations.
  • Recommend strategic solutions to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Support engineering team for standard development from definition stage, until deployment phase.
  • Ensure documentation for Operations (work instructions, GMPs, etc.) are all up to date.
  • Support team writing work instructions, deploy trainings for operations team.
  • Support engineering & Quality team conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and investigation of faulty products (A3 or 8D).
  • Assist in key engineering projects.
  • Comply with safety, quality, hygiene and environmental prevention standards;
  • Other duties as assigned
