Responsibilities
  • Execute Manufacturing Product Introduction activities, including designing manufacturing methods and process steps using Product Quality Planning tools.
  • Apply DFMEA/PFMEA techniques to influence product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Create and validate Production Technical Instructions to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.
  • Manage manufacturing technical aspects of products, including first-offs, new part numbers, and tooling introductions.
  • Represent manufacturing engineering within cross-functional teams for designated parts.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience with fabrications, valves, complex assemblies, machining, or critical components.
  • Degree or equivalent in engineering or a related technical field, with relevant manufacturing/process engineering experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of six sigma/lean methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
