Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited, trading as CBSbutler, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a skilled team and oversee the introduction and ongoing support of complex electromechanical products.

You will drive NPI, promote Design for Manufacture and Assembly, and set a strategy for continuous improvement in manufacturing engineering while ensuring smooth transitions from design to production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in electromechanical contexts.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and process development.
• Experience with Design for Manufacture/Design for Assembly (DFM/DFA) and PFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers.

• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes.

We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a talented team responsible for introducing and supporting the manufacture of complex electromechanical products.

You'll play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI), Design for Manufacture, Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Engineering strategy, ensuring products transition smoothly from design into production.

The role

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
