Job summary

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a Production Manager to optimize operational processes across our production lines using Lean methodologies. You will define capacity standards, analyze downtime, and support line balancing to improve efficiency and quality.

Ideal candidates hold an Industrial/Mechanical Engineering degree, have 5 years manufacturing experience, and are proficient with Office and ERP. English at B1 and ability to read blueprints are required.

Qualifications

• Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
• English: Conversational at B1 level.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience in industrial processes.
• Experience with CNC, process control and automation, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, FMEA, control plan, and A3.
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain capacity and cycle time standards.
• Analyze downtime and operational constraints.
• Support development of continuous flow through line balancing.
• Update process flow and layouts.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and safety guards.
• Update PFMEA and related documentation.
• Deliver technical training.
• Lead root cause analysis and Kaizen/SMED/ANDON/TPM projects.
• Manage changes within the QMS.
• Maintain CNC program backups.
• Implement 6S in production lines.
