Job summary

CBS Butler is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for an onsite role in Romsey. This 6-month assignment involves hands-on continuous improvement across electronics and electro-mechanical assembly, testing and delivery.

You will drive Lean and CI initiatives, lead structured problem-solving methods, and work closely with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record leading CI projects and change within manufacturing.
• Hands-on improvement role with problem-solving focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve productivity, cost, lead times and quality.
• Lead structured problem-solving using 8D, RCA, DMAIC and PSP.
• Identify manufacturing risks, issues and improvement opportunities; collaborate with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain.
