Qualifications

• Higher level qualification in manufacturing or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Transfer knowledge of AIT production process from parent company.
• Support operators in understanding AIT processes.
• Coordinate activities to optimize cost performance and minimize waste.
• Provide design input during product development.
• Create Standard Operations and work balance charts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
