Qualifications

• Laser programming expertise required.
• Experience in Automotive / Aerospace and related sectors.
• Ability to create and interpret process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manufacturing Manager by sharing objectives on EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery and participating in the Operational Control model.
• Walk the floor with the Manufacturing Manager or Team Leader and develop a stand-alone walk the floor routine.
• Participate in Daily Operations meetings and Standard Diary meetings, taking ownership of ME tasks.
• Contribute to the EHS Model and Job Safety Observations, providing technical/process solutions.
• Understand the value stream constraints and participate in problem-solving to improve flow.
• Create and control manufacturing documentation (set-up packs, drawings, SOPs) to correct versions.
• Take accountability for actions across departments requiring ME support (NPDI, Production, Purchasing, Quality).
• Ensure tooling is designed, manufactured and available to support milestones.
• Project manage solutions with suppliers/customers, implement PFMEA activities.
• Participate in audits and implement solutions where gaps are identified.
