Job summary

Stryker is seeking a candidate for a 6 month initial fixed-term contract to support engineering and implementation of high-capacity, compliant manufacturing processes. The role involves creating and reviewing IQ/OQ/PQ validation documents, driving efficiency, and partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet business goals.

The successful applicant will contribute to process improvements, ensure GMP compliance, and assist with capital equipment validation and supplier interactions,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science discipline (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronic, Biomedical, Production or equivalent).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Lean manufacturing principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and implementation of manufacturing processes to meet goals.
• Review/assist validation documents (IQ/OQ/PQ) and related protocols.
• Improve efficiency, productivity, yield and space on the shop floor.
• Interface with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet business targets.
• Ensure GMPs and system safety; promote compliance.
