Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly and Installation)

This position is based in Berkeley, MO, and involves working as part of Boeing's Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team. The role focuses on manufacturing processes for airplane subsystems, production readiness, and delivery operations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing processes.
  • Ensuring production readiness and optimizing workflows.
  • Supporting delivery operations to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
  • Driving continuous improvement through data analysis and engineering principles.
  • Participating in design reviews to provide manufacturability input.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience for Level 2, or 5+ years for Level 3, depending on education.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).

  • Salary range: Level 2: $75,650 - $102,350; Level 3: $90,100 - $121,900.
