You will provide the essential link between production and process engineering teams, helping ensure tooling, materials, production documentation and estimated manufacturing hours are accurate before products move into production. The role also supports first off production and performance improvements.
Due to the nature of the work undertaken, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check clearance. Applicants will normally need to have been resident in the United Kingdom for the previous five years. Any offer of employment will be subject to the required clearance being granted.

You will also work closely with the manufacturing team to support first off production and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and performance.
You will have experience working within a complex manufacturing environment and demonstrate strong production engineering, problem solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
