Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a well-established manufacturer in Ripley, Derbyshire, to appoint a Manufacturing Engineer who will drive improvements in performance across the site.

You will handle root cause analysis, process optimisation, CAPEX projects, and collaboration with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams to deliver manufacturing improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong problem-solving with structured RCA.
• Proven track record in lean and CI initiatives.
• Ability to drive process optimization and yield improvements.
• Experience with CAPEX projects and equipment implementation.

I'm working with a well-established manufacturer that's investing in its engineering function and looking to appoint a Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in improving manufacturing performance across the site.

You'll be involved in:

• Root Cause Analysis and problem solving
• Process optimisation and yield improvement
• CAPEX projects and equipment implementation
• Working closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams
• Process trials and manufacturing improvements
