Qualifications

• Extensive experience programming HyperMill and Vericut, including complex simultaneous 5-axis machining.
• Well-versed working in a highly regulated, precision manufacturing industry, ideally within automotive, aerospace or motorsport.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop manufacturing methods and processes to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements.
• Design fixturing and work-holding solutions, supporting assembly and implementation.
• Generate CNC programmes and support machining programme and tooling prove-out.
• Work with tooling suppliers to identify cost-effective and advanced tooling solutions.
• Collaborate with Machine Shop, Sub-Assembly and Inspection teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
