Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput.
• Organise and manage production workflows, integrating systems to meet performance and budget targets.
• Oversee tooling management and ensure accurate, up-to-date manufacturing documentation.
• Resolve production issues by collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations through risk assessments and internal audits.

Manufacturing Engineers Skills & Experience Required

• Strong manufacturing experience with a focus on AS9100.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using MRP/ERP systems.
• Familiarity with electromechanical assembly.
• Skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD is advantageous.
