Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd. is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a Preston site, offering a £52,000 salary and a double-days shift. You will optimise uptime, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and support new equipment installations with the engineering team.

The role requires proven electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing, fault-finding ability, PPM, and involvement in TPM and CI initiatives. Training and progression are provided along with a range of benefits.

Qualifications

Experience as Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing/production environment.
Ability to read electrical drawings and complete engineering documentation.
Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience on production machinery.
Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
Involvement in Continuous Improvement and TPM.

Responsibilities

Maximise production uptime through planned and reactive maintenance, continuous improvement projects and new equipment installations.
Work closely with an experienced engineering team in a growing manufacturing environment.
Contribute to the reliability and availability of production equipment through proactive maintenance and problem-solving.
