BAE Systems in Samlesbury is seeking a Manufacturing Function Early Careers Placement Coordinator to plan, coordinate and manage apprentice placements across our manufacturing functions, ensuring structured, compliant experiences aligned to development plans.

You will collaborate with teams, monitor progress, support onboarding and transitions, and assist with early careers recruitment activities to build strong talent pipelines.

Formación

• Structured apprenticeships and rotation planning with development alignment.
• Strong planning and administration to manage multiple placements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and managing structured apprentice placements and rotation plans across our manufacturing functions, ensuring valuable development opportunities and business alignment
• Collaborating with manufacturing teams to identify placement opportunities and capacity requirements
• Acting as the primary point of contact for apprentices, line managers, and training providers, providing guidance and support throughout the placement journey
• Monitoring apprentices progress and wellbeing through regular reviews, supporting onboarding, placement transitions, and addressing performance or engagement concerns in partnership with Early Careers teams
• Supporting and assisting on early careers recruitment activities, including attraction campaigns, careers events, and assessment centres, to promote apprenticeship opportunities and talent pipelines
