  • Collaborating with manufacturing teams to identify placement opportunities and capacity requirements
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for apprentices, line managers, and training providers, providing guidance and support throughout the placement journey
  • Monitoring apprentices progress and wellbeing through regular reviews, supporting onboarding, placement transitions, and addressing performance or engagement concerns in partnership with Early Careers teams
  • Supporting and assisting on early careers recruitment activities, including attraction campaigns, careers events, and assessment centres, to promote apprenticeship opportunities and talent pipelines

Job description

Job Title: Manufacturing Function Early Careers Placement Coordinator
Location: Samlesbury- Minimum 4 days onsite per week

What you’ll be doing:

As an Early Careers Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing placements for apprentices within the Manufacturing Function. This role ensures that apprentices receive structured, meaningful, and compliant on-the-job experiences aligned to their development plans, qualification requirements, and business needs.

  • Collaborating with manufacturing teams to identify placement opportunities and capacity requirements
