Qualifications

• A recent graduate (or soon to graduate) with a degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• An interest in manufacturing, automation or digital transformation.
• Basic programming knowledge and eagerness to develop skills in data analytics, machine learning, or digital twins.
• Strong communication skills, with a good standard of written and spoken English.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative approach in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of practical use cases for image‑ and‑sensor‑based inspection across assembly and upstream processes (Logistics and Quality).
• Assist in selecting and specifying hardware (camera systems, sensors, networking equipment, computing infrastructure) for digitalisation projects.
• Contribute to pilot projects in collaborative robotics (cobots) and emerging automation technologies.
• Support the implementation of new solutions, acting as a key contact during testing and rollout phases.
• Help monitor performance and contribute to continuous improvement and scaling of digital solutions.

Job Purpose

You will work closely with senior leaders and collaborate with international, cross‑functional teams to support the development of our digital factory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of practical use cases for image‑and‑sensor‑based inspection across assembly and upstream processes such as Logistics and Quality.
• Assist in selecting and specifying hardware (e.g. camera systems, sensors, networking equipment, and computing infrastructure) for digitalisation projects.
• Contribute to pilot projects in collaborative robotics ("cobots"), gaining exposure to emerging automation technologies.
• Work alongside experienced colleagues to support the implementation of new solutions, acting as a key point of contact during testing and rollout phases.
