Job summary

CNH Industrial in the UK Finance department seeks a capable Finance professional to support regular accounting and reporting for CNH UK Operations and affiliated UK entities. You will collaborate with other functions to ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Economics preferable).
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver with analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monthly result review and communicate with local Controllers.
• SG&A monthly analysis using Uplan & SAP systems.
• Manage Vendor Master Data requests for new Vendors and amendments of existing ones.
• Supporting PTP function with regular tasks and ad hoc initiatives, cooperating with Genpact and local PTP referent.
• Small entities bookkeeping and Energy submission.
• Support Senior Accountant with small entities statutory accounts preparation and audit.
• Support FM with Internal and External audit queries.
• Quarterly preparation of input for Legal Entity Review as per FM request.
• Collaboration with and support to Central Accounting team on ad hoc queries and accounting initiatives.
• Preparation of Policy Check List and Representation Letters.

Job Purpose

Member of the local UK Finance department, reporting to UK Finance Manager. Support and Management of regular Accounting and Reporting activities, involving both CNH UK Operations and several small UK based entities. Support Finance Manager with internal and external audit requests. Collaborate with other company functions & promote compliance with company policies and internal controls framework.

Experience Required

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Economics preferable).

Technical Experience

• Strong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (e.g. Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver with solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and have a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• English proficiency required, Italian an advantage.
