Job summary

Manufacturing Development Team Leader at Tiro Associates Ltd is a key leadership role based in Kent. You will lead a team of Process Technicians and Process Technologists, driving performance improvements, process optimisation and capital project delivery across operations.

You will work closely with Operations, Engineering and Projects to deliver technical improvements, ensure quality and environmental compliance, and build a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of Process Technicians and Process Technologists to deliver improvements.
• Experience in manufacturing or process environments with strong problem solving.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Process Technicians and Process Technologists; drive improvement across technical remit.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Projects on capital and performance initiatives.
• Own areas such as water/effluent treatment, quality, environmental compliance and safety.
• Develop capability, set KPIs and foster a safety and continuous-improvement culture.
• Manage data-driven process optimisation and respond to customer quality concerns.
