Job summary

Tiro Associates Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Development Team Leader for a permanent role in Kent. You will lead a team of Process Technicians and Process Technologists, driving improvement across a broad technical remit and influencing site-wide performance.

The role reports to the Manufacturing Development Manager and focuses on process optimisation, safety, quality and environmental compliance, with exposure to major improvement projects as the operation grows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Process Technicians and Process Technologists.
• Drive improvement across technical remit including process optimisation, safety, quality and efficiency.
• Develop capability, set KPIs and promote a strong safety and continuous-improvement culture.
