Guided Talent Limited is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join a specialist precision engineering team. The role covers both manual and CNC work, producing high-accuracy small-hole drilling and fixtures.

You will set and operate CNC and manual machines, read engineering drawings, and help develop tooling in a supportive team. The environment offers technical challenges with on-site parking, private medical insurance and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and programming CNC machines.
• Competent using manual milling machines and lathes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Experience in precision engineering or toolmaking would be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused CNC Machinist to join a specialist precision engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with both manual and CNC machinery, producing highly accurate small-hole drilling work, with some holes as small as 0.02mm. The role offers variety, technical challenges and the opportunity to work with new CNC technology.
