Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent level of customer service is delivered, whatever site you are working on
• Carry out and understand assignment instructions specific to individual sites to ensure duties are correctly carried out.
• Report faults, health & safety issues, and escalated complaints to the control room
• Complete relevant handwritten and electronic logs as required
• Follow management instructions either written or verbal
• Arrive on time, punctuality is very important and integral to the maintenance of the contract
• Arrive at the site smartly dressed and ready to commence the shift
• Wear the appropriate uniform (including SIA badge) and safety clothing as supplied, ensuring that your standard of appearance is high and complies with the company standard
• Ensure all duties are carried out as per instructions.
• Be willing to attend additional training when required
