People First Team Japan/ピープルファーストチームジャパン is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Private Banking Relationship Manager - Mortgage to join our office-based team in the UK. You will manage mortgage applications from enquiry to completion, support clients and fellow RMs, and coordinate with solicitors, valuers and brokers to ensure smooth processing.

The role requires fluent English and Mandarin, a finance-focused degree, and experience in UK mortgage or private banking.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in a finance-related field.
• Solid relevant experience in UK mortgage industry or private banking.
• Good knowledge of UK Buy-to-Let and residential mortgage products and operations.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive support to department objectives.
• Manage mortgage applications through lifecycle from enquiry to completion.
• Support clients and other RMs with mortgage enquiries and lending solutions.
• Liaise with solicitors, valuers and brokers to facilitate mortgage applications.
• Assist in development and enhancement of mortgage products, policies, procedures and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
