Job summary

International Property Media in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks a Sales Executive - Mandarin to drive new business with Mandarin-speaking clients. You will engage international prospects, manage a global pipeline and convert leads into paying clients, earning uncapped commission and a strong OTE.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from a centrally located office with excellent transport links and opportunities for international travel.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin speaking ability is essential.
• Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be target-driven with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage with international prospects, introducing the International Property Awards and related products.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, building strong commercial relationships.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline of global clients across multiple sectors.
• Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business year-on-year.
• Represent the company's brand and maintain high standards of client communication.
