Job summary

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking an Early Phase Project Manager to lead end-to-end clinical projects across phases I–IV with a focus on early-phase studies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and client communications to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires experience in early-phase trials, strong leadership, and proficiency in Mandarin, with APAC hours as part of the global coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or related field.
• 7 years of industry experience with 1–2 years PM experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
• Experience managing early-phase clinical trials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end early phase clinical projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions including APAC.
• Manage client relationships and provide clear project communications and reporting.
