Job summary

Blue Education, London-based, is seeking a Mandarin-speaking client-service professional to manage families and ensure a high standard of service. This is a client relationship and service-delivery role, not a teaching position.

You will be a key contact for a portfolio of students and families, coordinating tutors, consultants and meetings, and providing updates in Mandarin and English. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-time professional work experience in client-facing roles.
• Native or fluent Mandarin with strong professional English.
• Experience managing external stakeholders (families, clients).
• Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-through.
• Calm, solution-focused under pressure; strong problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Willingness to work regular weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate tutors, consultants, lessons, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Provide proactive progress updates in Mandarin and English.
• Identify risks and take ownership of follow-up actions.
• Handle questions, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Maintain CRM records, logs, and action trackers.
• Support client satisfaction, retention and renewals.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Support service delivery during weekends when required.
