Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in education.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and high client satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to manage an extensive workload and frequently conflicting priorities.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in resolving issues.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrable initiative to develop and improve services.
• Diligent, responsible, and approachable.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and Prominent Education.
• Achieve sales targets by providing sales consultation and cross-selling services.
• Proactively sourcing and generating new client leads to supplement marketing efforts.
• Negotiate terms of sales and agreements, and finalise sales with clients.
• Collect market and client information to ascertain client needs.
• Address client inquiries and resolve objections to facilitate purchases.
• Work with tutoring operations team to facilitate tutoring sessions and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Enhance client continuation rate by improving customer satisfaction and understanding client needs.
• Summarise clients’ needs and communicate with the product development team.
