Job summary

MAPP is seeking a Guest Experience Manager for the landmark Manchester site. This front-of-house role will lead the welcome experience, coordinate events, and cultivate strong relationships with occupiers and visitors.

You will shape a warm, engaging environment across lobbies, WCs, showers and related spaces. As a Building Champion, you will collaborate with the team, own customer interactions, and drive standards while upholding GDPR and service quality.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house and guest experience management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage the building’s welcome experience and front of house spaces.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with occupiers and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the budget for seasonal events and pop-ups.
• Liaise with GXMs across the network to share services and ideas.
• Oversee onsite visitor access portal and communicate building information.
• Create content for building's social channels to develop building personality.
• Deliver a high-quality 5-star customer experience across the building.
