Qualifications

• Essential CSCS Card (Green or Blue).
• Proven experience on busy construction sites (1+ years).
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
• Punctuality and reliability for early starts across Manchester postcodes.
• Good verbal communication and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Site Maintenance: keep the site clean, safe and hazard-free.
• Logistics & Loading: help deliver, unload, and distribute materials.
• Trade Support: assist carpenters, bricklayers and electricians with basic tasks.
• Equipment Handling: operate basic power tools safely and store gear properly.
• Health & Safety: follow site rules and wear PPE at all times.
