Qualifications

• Essential: A valid CSCS Card (Green or Blue).
• Experience on busy construction sites (ideally 1+ years).
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and demanding tasks for the shift.
• Punctuality and ability to commute to various London postcodes for 8:00 AM start.
• Good verbal communication and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Site Maintenance: keeping the site clean and safe, clearing debris and disposing waste.
• Logistics & Loading: assist with delivery and unloading of materials and distribute to trades.
• Trade Support: assist skilled tradespeople with basic manual tasks.
• Equipment Handling: operate basic power tools and store equipment securely after shifts.
• Health & Safety: follow site health and safety regulations and wear PPE.
