Qualifications

• Essential: CSCS Card (Green or Blue).
• Experience on busy construction sites (ideally 1+ years).
• Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
• Reliability: punctuality and ability to commute to various Birmingham postcodes.
• Good verbal communication and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Site Maintenance: keep the site clean and safe, manage waste disposal, keep walkways hazard-free.
• Logistics & Loading: assist with delivery and unloading of materials and distribute to trades.
• Trade Support: assist skilled trades with basic manual tasks as needed.
• Equipment Handling: operate basic power tools safely and store equipment after shifts.
• Health & Safety: follow site safety regulations and wear PPE at all times.
