Job summary

Mint People is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our clients' kitchens across the Manchester area. You will run your section during service, prepare and plate dishes to a high standard, and work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

We offer flexible shifts to fit your timetable and ongoing positions for standout performers. Salary ranges from £15 to £19 per hour, with weekly pay via Friday following completion of shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef de Partie experience (at least one year).
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Reliable and hardworking attitude (e.g., not pulling out of shifts last minute unless you have an outstanding emergency).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Driving licence and a car is preferred.

We are currently looking for Chef de Parties to join the Mint People team to work in the general Manchester area. This is a great opportunity for a reliable chef looking for flexible shifts that match your timetable, with ongoing positions available for those who stand out.

Pay will be £15-£19 depending on where you work and your skill level, paid the Friday two weeks after you have worked.
