Insite Group in Manchester is seeking an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior to join a friendly, collaborative team. The role offers exposure to a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and strong study support to progress toward ACCA.

You'll gain experience across audits and statutory accounts, supported by flexible working and a clear development path within a well-regarded accountancy practice.

Qualifications

• Around two years’ experience in an accountancy practice.
• Experience preparing accounts for various business entities.
• Good working knowledge of accounting software.
• Strong communication and client facing skills.
• Proactive, well organised with teamwork ability.
• AAT studies underway or completed, with ACCA progression interest.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and companies.
• Collaborate with senior team on a varied client portfolio.
• Build strong client relationships and respond to queries.
• Develop technical knowledge through practical study and work.
• Utilise cloud-based and desktop accounting software.
